Enquire About Staying with Astra NZ
Booking an Astra Residence is easy.
- Search this web site for the location you require and the desired residence size / bed configuration
- In the body of the residence detail page is an enquiry form. Fill this out with as much detail as possible and click 'submit'.
- You will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your request and we will follow up with another email as soon as we can with details of availability and rates.
- After you let us know that you wish to proceed, we will collect all the information we need to confirm the booking. No deposit is required.
- We will email you check-in instructions a week or so before arrival and send you the invoice. Generally, stays are for three months or longer, unless a shorter stay is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Stays longer than one month will be invoiced for the first month only. Stays less than one month will be invoiced the full amount for the stay.
- We accept all major cards (except Diners), direct deposits and bank cheques.
