Secure undercover onsite car parking is available at some residences on request for an additional charge.

Yes, we can provide portacot and foldaway bed on request at time of booking.

High speed internet (wifi) is generally available on request.

An Astra Client Manager will meet you on site to show you how everything works, hand over keys and answer any questions you may have.  We can arrange to meet you at the residence any time day or night.

72 hours’ notice of cancellation, postponements, delayed arrivals and early departures is required for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges. Cancellations may attract an administration fee of NZ$150. 

Notice given within 72 hours will result in a charge equal to 72 hours minus the number of hours’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on midday 8th August and notice to cancel is given on midday 6th August, then 48 hours’ notice has been given and a charge of 1 night will therefore apply (72 hours less 48 hours’ notice given = 1 night charge).  This condition also applies should a stay need to be reduced. If we subsequently take bookings that replace the cancelled dates, you will not be charged for those dates that are re-booked.

Some small, well behaved pets are allowed in a limited number of our furnished residences in select locations.

We will be as flexible as possible with your check in and check out times.

Normal check in time is 2pm. Early check in can only be guaranteed by pre-booking the previous night. 

Normal check out time is 10am.

Yes - all linen and towels are supplied and changed at the weekly service clean

The residences have full-sized kitchens with  cook tops, oven and microwave and are equipped with the pots, pans and dishes required.
